Testing Consultant - Malaysia

Responsibilities:
Able to monitor & coordinate project (testing phase) which handle by vendor
Able to communicate with all stakeholders for any issue
May advise/consult project stakeholders with regards to software testing processes
Familiar with MF ALM, MF UFT & MF LoadRunner (at least high level process)
Facilitate testing sessions and related communication when necessary
Support testing activities as applicable
Understand guidelines and templates to support the Testing Control Processes

Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in software testing
CTFL certified (optional) – this will be considered as bonus only, because if not possess the cert, but having enough experience is OK.
Strong communication skills and capable in explaining technical issues
A good team player, collaborates well in cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Business/System Analysis in a structured environment
Excellent organizational skills, able to schedule processes/tasks and monitor resources
Ability to manage stakeholder’s expectations via strong communications and technical knowledge
Experience in application testing and standards best practices
Experience in testing monitoring, reporting and auditing traceability
Preferred 2+ years of experience running and monitoring testing process
Experience or good understanding of business processes would be a plus
Good understanding of any IT Technology is a plus
GBS/SSC experience preferred.
