UC Network Engineer - Malaysia

Responsibilities:
Manage and administer all aspects of the Corporate Unified Communications Infrastructure to include Cisco HSC, Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Unified Call Center Express (UCCX), Collaboration systems to include Webex Teams & Webex Meetings, Cisco Voice Gateways & Routers, Expressways, etc. 
Execute next level support (internally) in related to Unified Communication & Collaboration (UC & C) solution which includes IP Phones, Video Conference (VC) and Webex solutions (Collaboration).
Escalate to OEM (e.g.: Cisco) for further technical support by creating the ticket to appointed Cisco Gold Partner (TAC Case).
Closely monitor the UC&C System performance and report on any abnormalities found to Immediate Manager.
To perform Disaster Recovery (DR) Test as per DR Plan.
To prepare an RCA (Root Caused Analysis) report on the incident occurred.
To assist the Immediate Manager in preparing monthly/quarterly performance report to Management by providing related information.
Provide on-site user support if required.
Works closely with the Network Operation Team to monitor and to troubleshoot issues that may be contributing to UC application/system performance.
Ensure new and existing UC assets are registered and updated with appropriate data for service availability.
Involve in managing and maintain service performance and reporting in TNB MySSC and SPLUNK.

Requirements
Experience with Cisco UCM platform and support of VOIP infrastructure.
Experience with SIP based telecommunication networks.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft AD-LDS and Imagicle Billing System
Experience with all Cisco UC components including Voice, Webex, Chat, Call Manager, etc.
Experience supporting Cisco Contact Centre Infrastructures (UCCX).
Experience with SIP protocol.
Desire knowledge of call routing in a Contact Centre Environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor in Engineering (B.Eng)/ or in Technology (B.Tech)/ or Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science.
Hold a valid Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP) will be added advantage.
Having an experience in Unified Communication & Collaboration project or support for at least 2-3 years.
Experience in dealing with Cisco TAC.
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
