Responsibilities: 
Leadership role for complex programs including multiple sub-programs/projects. Overall responsibility of full Program including Add-on-Sales
Complete ownership for customer Partner management for the Program including reporting, issues, Governance, and ensuring customer deliverables towards the projects
Extensive external and internal Partner Management. Show business awareness and understanding to execute on key priorities.
Experience in building robust customer relationships and driving up sales opportunities. Managing and driving customer concerns to resolve issues
Takes decision on the program with delegated authority
Ensuring Key critical metrics including Timelines, Cost/Profitability, Customer Satisfaction and Quality of Program Deliverables
Leading Pre-sales Opportunities and Proposals in Customer Fulfilment Responsible (CFR) Role

As Program team lead:
Empower, structure, and engage the team to deliver the project on time and within budget
Passion for promoting knowledge sharing, mentoring, and identify and act on resourcing needs for Program/Domain.

To be successful in the role the requirements are:
A University degree in Business or Engineering, Master’s degree would be an advantageous or equivalent working experience.
Experience of 10 years in leading and executing the relevant program, with multiple sub-projects, with high complexity in the Telecommunications industry
PMI/relevant technical certifications
Experience in delivering successful projects in either one of the domains: IMS (VoLTE/VoWiFi/Fixed IMS), Cloud Core Network, or Digital Services Domain
Third-party supplier’s / resources management experience
Service Delivery Interface experience with Telecom customers at Senior Management Level
Demonstrated ability to work both in Pre-sales and Delivery and take ownership for cost estimation and delivery strategy
